Todo Charlotte

This is a new company that will aim to capture "to do" activities in the Charlotte area.  In addition, given that "todo" also means everything in Spanish, we want to also target the Spanish speaking community.  Hence, this will be a bilingual site capturing all that is happening in the Charlotte area.
